In this image, there is nothing between post title and ads, which confuse visitors and give them wrong impression of having actual information rather than ads. So never try this way of having ads on your website just to increase your CTR. So what are the other ways to have ads below the post titles without violating TOS of Google. Both the images put some text before the ads begins. The right hand side example image is much better than the left one. What Google says is that
Ads shouldn't be placed under a title or section heading in a way that implies that the ads are not ads.So you can keep the ads below the post but keep TOS in mind otherwise it will not just increase your CTR but also ban your adsense account.
