Ok i have a question about the opposite, will a search engine reward your site after removing you completely from the index for two months for malware, than after not finding the malware, re-index your site back in to the first page for one of your keywords?

The same day my site was re-indexed or allowed back in the search engine, i checked my main keyword and it was on the first page 2nd result out of 867,000 results. was i rewarded or did i just do a good job with seo?
